This site is the official channel of Bellville Pousada. All content — text, photographs, brand and visual identity — belongs to the inn and may not be reproduced without permission.

Reservations

Bookings are made through the inn's official system, reached via the “Check availability” buttons, or directly with our reservations desk on WhatsApp.

Rates, availability, payment methods, cancellation policy, check-in and check-out times and other conditions of the stay are those presented at the time of booking and confirmed in writing by the inn. In case of discrepancy, the conditions confirmed in the booking prevail.

Important information about your booking

Payment

Payment via PIX: 100% of the booking amount must be paid at the time of confirmation.
Payment by credit card: 100% of the booking amount will be charged at the time of confirmation, with the option of paying in up to 5 installments, subject to a minimum of R$ 300.00 per installment.

The booking will be considered confirmed once the payment has been approved and identified.

Schedule

Breakfast: from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Reception: open 24 hours.
Check-in: from 2 p.m. until 11 p.m.
Check-out: by 12 p.m. (noon).

House rules

Smoking is not allowed in the rooms, hallways, restaurant or pool area.
Please keep quiet in the hallways, rooms and pool area after 10 p.m.
The “Do Not Disturb” sign will be respected until 2 p.m. After that time, if necessary, the pousada may contact the guest.
The pousada is not responsible for valuables left in the rooms or in other areas of the property.
Pets are not allowed.

By completing your booking, you declare that you are aware of and agree to the payment conditions, policies and house rules.

Tours and experiences

Bellville Pousada does not sell tours. Every experience mentioned on this site — boat trips, 4x4 tours, canyons, waterfalls and other attractions — is run by third-party providers, independent from the inn.

During your stay, our team can advise on the options available in the region. Itineraries, times, prices, availability and conditions are each operator's responsibility.
